Barry LePatner's latest book, Too Big To Fall: America's Failing Infrastructure and the Way Forward (Foster Publishing in association with the University Press of New England) is now available at Amazon.com, and will be available in bookstores by early November. For the first time, it provides a comprehensive overview of the shocking state of the nation's infrastructure and what must be done to fix it. LePatner has been retained by a major developer to provide all the design and construction agreements for a major new ground-up commercial and flagship retail project in the landmarked SoHo district. The project is in schematic design and in the process of obtaining planning approvals from the City.
Barry LePatner was interviewed by GlobeSt.com to spread the word about the growing need for construction industry reform. He was also interviewed on "The Federal Drive," a Washington DC radio program, setting out the problems of governmental agencies who are not fully versed in how the construction industry operates and prices projects.
