Brad Cronk is a principal of LePatner C3 LLC, which provides project management services to corporate and institutional owners, real estate developers, investors, and non-profits in the New York City metropolitan area. He is also the Director of Project Strategy and Implementation for LePatner & Associates LLP, a law firm widely recognized as one of the nation’s leading construction advisors to owners and design professionals.

Mr. Cronk provides clients with strategic planning and project management during their construction projects and is responsible for assembling project teams and directing and coordinating their work from the outset of planning to completion of construction. On behalf of owners and investors, he leads forensic evaluations and property condition assessments. He also serves as LePatner’s in-house design and construction advisor on construction claim and litigation matters. He works closely with firm founder Barry LePatner to develop the firm’s business development, marketing and strategic alliance efforts. He has managed projects for the American Physical Society, WLIW21 and WNET.org, Tiffany & Co., Metropolitan National Bank, The Core Club, the Central Park Boathouse, and The Carlyle as well as several private residences.

He is a contributor to Barry LePatner’s Broken Buildings, Busted Budgets: How to Fix America’s Trillion-Dollar Construction Industry (2007, The University of Chicago Press), which drew attention to the dire need for construction industry reform and cost containment solutions.

Since joining LePatner over twelve years ago, Mr. Cronk has contributed articles to the LePatner Report and other publications on green building issues, mold liability for owners and architects, building construction, and construction cost management. He authored, “How to Control Healthcare Construction Costs, in the December 2008 issue of Healthcare Design and “How to Protect Design Fees” in the May 2007 issue of Contract magazine. He has presented at continuing education seminars sponsored by ScheinMedia Conferences, Lorman Education Services and at AIA regional conventions. Mr. Cronk is a licensed architect in New York State and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
